Howdy! Lone Star Synchro is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization filled with fun-loving adults who enjoy trying new things in the water. We are committed to expanding the knowledge and artistry of artistic swimming (aka synchronized swimming). We practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas. Contact us for more details.

We have a mix of all levels of swimmers. We have adults who previously swam on national level teams to those who are brand new to the sport, and everything in between. Whether you would just like to try the sport or if you have decades of expereince we would love for you to reach out and we can share the latest information with you.

Our next compeition is in October 2026 inWe would love anyone 18+ with synchro experience to consider checking us out to possibly join us in this endeavor, or just work towards self improvement and trying something new.

We had somuch fun at our annual mini show for family, friends and the community.

We had somuch fun at the recent Masters Chapinonship in Lenexa, KS. We brough home several awards and had many personal and team best scores. One of the most fun things was seeing former teammates from around the country.

We had a great time at our one day intro class! Whether you are brand new or have experience but just haven't been in the water for awhile intro classes can be a great way to get into our sport and learn more about our team.
